Cancellation Policy
- When booking an appointment, you will be required to enter a card to have on file. You will not be charged before your scheduled appointment. Some services may require a deposit paid at the time of booking.
- Please reschedule or cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand emergencies and mistakes happen, but a cancellation within 48 hours may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your service with your card on file.
- We have a 15 minute tardy policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please text your stylist or the shop ahead of time to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and the 50% cancellation fee would apply.
- No call/No shows will be charged 50-100% of the cost of service(s) scheduled with the card on file, so PLEASE keep us in the loop!

We respectfully ask that all clients refrain from inappropriate behavior. This is an all-inclusive professional space where unkind and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, including but not limited to discriminatory language and any physical altercation. Clients are entitled to one warning before losing their client status, and we reserve the right to immediately fire any client who exhibit behavior that compromises anyone's safety.
